Returns and Exchanges

If an item is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately by emailing us. We will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange.

Things to Remember

Returned product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with no signs of wear. Used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing or using the product at least one time, your refund and exchange policy will be void.

Include a note stating your invoice number and what is wrong within 14 days after delivery or, in the case of non-delivery, within 7 days after the date of dispatch.

For your own protection, please use a shipping method with tracking information. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail when you ship them back to us.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a replacement to arrive.

For refunds, please allow 14 days after return of products.

If exchange is more than the original purchase price please enclose payment details for price difference. If the exchange is less we will provide you with a credit which you can claim on a further purchase. If there are any problems we will ensure to settle them in a quick and efficient manner.
