Bringing the Funk Into Tights
Tights? Wearing them all year round? While it was almost unheard of five years ago, today tights, or pantyhose as we call them in NZ, are essential fashion accessory items for all fashion conscious women.
As the popularity of patterned fashion pantyhose and other hosiery items such as sexy stay-ups and kneehighs increased, so grew the customer base of Funky Tights, a dynamically expanding importer of Italian fashion hosiery.
“Over the last few years our customer base grew exponentially. It now includes all the big department stores, Smith+Caughey’s, Ballantynes and Arthur Barnett, and a large number of high end fashion boutiques, lingerie and fashion accessory stores and even shoe shops and gift shops ” – says Bernadett Csaszar, previous Owner of Funky Tights. “We are constantly looking for new business partners, innovative players in the fashion field, who want to offer their customers the outstanding Italian quality and design our products represent. Our new Winter 08 collection is absolutely fabulous. We are launching it to the market now and the feedback has been great”.
